Cut & Vacuum Packaging priced per lb. on hanging weight – (Beef will have a 4% shrink before cutting and approximately a 35% cut loss.)

Hog Processing

Cut & Vacuum Packaging priced per lb. on hanging weight

Link Sausage priced per lb on finished weight – ( Must have 25 lbs per flavor: Country Style, Linguica, Italian)

Locker Rentals

Lockers available for rent (Locker will hold half a beef)

All product left over 30 days will be subject to an additional charge per box per month.
